all built in my shop, on my tooling, to my exacting
specifications. When we send you a Stinger, you will
know that the quality is built in to every part. The
lightweight housing is made of milled 6061 aluminum
with a matte hardcoat anodized finish. The adjustable
monopod leg and the micro-adjustable foot are made
from 4140 steel. These parts are also finished matte
black and enable silky-smooth one-handed operation by
having the extra mass needed to deploy quickly when
the locking lever is released. The unit is virtually
maintenance free and is always ready to use while
being unobtrusively out of the way when it’s not
